Class Description

This HIIT Session bundle has 20 high intensity interval training recorded classes.

They are very beneficial in improving the overall strength of the whole body.
It helps to increase your stamina and will give you a slim and toned body.
Every session is very creatively designed and offers a wide variety heling you stay motivated day after day.
The perfect way to get a great workout, to break a sweat and leaving with a feeling of wholesomeness.

How to structure your practice?

We recommend that you follow the same sequence as given in the course, complete class 1 on DAY 1 and so on. After completing all the 20 sessions, revisit and practice few sessions which you found interesting or challenging.
