Anahata yoga zone – 60 min yoga practice geared towards alleviating the symptoms of PCOS/PCOD.
Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD)/Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a common hormonal problem that affects 1 out of 10 women globally. Regular yoga practice helps to manage the pain and discomfort caused due to PCOS/PCOD and also aids relaxation.
This session will cover simple easy to do asanas, pranayama and meditation techniques that you may practice at the comfort of your home. The session can also be attended by women/girls who are not suffering from PCOS/PCOD as well to bring about balance in the overall functioning of the body, especially the endocrine system.
