This Multilevel Yoga bundle is a series of 20 sessions thoughtfully designed to cater to practitioners across various skill levels, covering a balanced and progressive yoga
practice. These sessions will enhance your overall flexibility, mobility, and strength with a diverse range of drills and techniques, making your asana practice more dynamic and
empowering. Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice or work on specific areas, this series is designed to meet you where you are and guide you safely toward growth.
How to Structure Your Practice?
We recommend following the sequence as outlined in the course—complete Session 1 on DAY 1 and progress in order. Once you’ve completed all 20 sessions, revisit and practice the sessions you found most beneficial or challenging to enhance your growth further.

Chair
If you don’t have the above props, feel free to use household alternatives, such as bottles or tumblers instead of blocks.
