Beginners Plan – Anahata’s Recorded Yoga Classes: LEVEL 1 / 1.3
Yoga For Beginners
We welcome total beginners to hop on the mat and to start here and build a strong foundation for their yoga practice.
These classes are also suitable for those who are suffering from any knee/back/shoulder etc. issues and are looking to heal them with yoga therapy.
HOW TO CHOOSE YOGA CLASS LEVEL:
The basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
Levels in yoga are considered as levels of difficulty in attempting the postures/ Asanas. All the courses mentioned here are marked/ mentioned with a certain number of level which will help you Choose Your Class without Confusion.
LEVEL 1: A beginner-friendly class with pranamaya + asana.
- Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. If you have never tried yoga this series is perfect for you and is designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga as well as those seeking continued understanding of basic yoga poses.
LEVEL 1.3
- Classes are designed for those who have had some exposure to yoga, including an introduction to basic yoga poses and proper alignment. The experienced beginner student would like to explore their practice and begin to become more familiar with poses and the use of the breath.
Anahata Yoga Zone started offering Recorded yoga sessions to help our community continue their practice. Staying healthy should become our habit and we at Anahata want to help you reach your fitness goals.
Monthly plan payment is applicable from the 1st of every month.
Price for Sessions:
Monthly Price – Rs.2500 / 43 USD
Quarterly Price – Rs.6000 / 92 USD
Recordings will be accessible for 24 hours each day. (Monday-Saturday)
***Fees Amount once Paid will not be refunded or transferred under any circumstances.
