Jalneti – Nasal Cleansing with Water

Jalneti is a simple yet powerful yogic practice that involves pouring lukewarm saline water through one nostril and letting it flow out the other. It clears the nasal passages, removes mucus and allergens, and supports optimal breathing.

Kunjal Kriya – Stomach Cleansing (Vaman Dhauti)

Kunjal Kriya involves drinking lukewarm saline water on an empty stomach and voluntarily inducing vomiting to expel excess mucus, bile, and toxins from the upper digestive tract.
