LET’S CELEBRATE WORLD HEALTH DAY
with a fun and exciting Yin Yang Partner yoga session.
Celebrating on 9th April 2023, Sunday!
Bring your friend, relative, spouse or come alone and we will match you up with someone.
This session will have two parts
THE YANG
Where we will explore different asanas with a partner, get into challenging poses with each others support.
This will be followed with
THE YIN
Where we will do some deep stretches again with the help of a partner.
After which we will gather for a healthy breakfast over some chitchat and interaction.
