MultiLevel Plan – Anahata Online Yoga Classes: LEVEL 1.3 / 1.5 / 2
HOW TO CHOOSE YOGA CLASS LEVEL:
The basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
Levels in yoga are considered as levels of difficulty in attempting the postures/ Asanas. All the courses mentioned here are marked/ mentioned with a certain number of level which will help you Choose Your Class without Confusion.
LEVEL 1.3
- Classes are designed for those who have had some exposure to yoga, including an introduction to basic yoga poses and proper alignment. The experienced beginner student would like to explore their practice and begin to become more familiar with poses and the use of the breath.
LEVEL 1.5: Suitable for beginners + intermediate practitioners. Expect classical postures with variations for more experienced yogis.
- Classes are designed for those who have had exposure to yoga, including an introduction to basic yoga poses and proper alignment. The experienced beginner student would like to explore their practice and begin to become more familiar with poses and the use of the breath.
LEVEL 2: An intermediate class for yogis who wish to go further in their practice.
- Classes are designed for more experienced yogis with a very solid understanding of basic yoga postures who are comfortable performing more advanced poses. The advanced-intermediate student practices yoga regularly and has begun to master the connection of breath with movement.
Anahata Yoga Zone started offering online LIVE yoga sessions via ZOOM to help our community continue their practice. Staying healthy should become our habit and we at Anahata want to help you reach your fitness goals.
We offer multiple plans, avail the one you prefer:
Monthly plan payment is applicable from the 1st of every month.
Quarterly plan payment is for 3 Months and is applicable from the 1st of every month.
Weekly plans & 15-day plans are available seasonally.

6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. – (Monday – Friday) Level 1.5
7:00 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. – (Monday – Saturday) Level 2
10:30 a.m to 11:30 a.m. – (Monday – Friday) LEVEL (between 1.5 and 2)
6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. – (Monday – Friday) Level 1.5
4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. – (Monday – Friday) Level 1 – 1.3

Quarterly Price – Rs.5800 / 88 USD
Weekly Price – Rs.700 / 18 USD
15-Day Price – Rs.1350 / 27 USD
Half Yearly Price – Rs.9500 / 140 USD
Yearly Price – Rs.16500 / 225 USD
All classes are from Monday to Friday except for the 7 am class which happens on Saturday as well.
***Fees Amount once Paid will not be refunded or transferred under any circumstances.
All payments are applicable from the day of payment to the last day of the month and not number of sessions.
